Shipping Policy


Once we receive your order, on average** it takes
2-7 business days to process your order.

Once your order has been processed, it can take on average**
between 3-10 business days (within Canada & USA) to receive your order
once your shipping confirmation has been sent to you.
For customers outside of North America,
please refer to your assigned tracking number located in
your Shipping Confirmation E-mail to have a better understanding of when
your order will be received.

**Situational Exclusions to the Rule:

Bulk orders
can have prolonged processing times.
If you place a large order and do not see it shipped within 7 business days,
please contact us at for a time estimate

Seasonal Periods & Holidays
When placing orders during peak seasons and holidays,
you may experience a delay in both processing times and
shipping times. For above average processing times, we will always
make note and keep our customers informed to ensure you receive
your products in as timely a manner as possible. Once
our orders have been shipped, we have no control over delays in
postal and courier delays. Please always contact us with questions, if
faced with this situation, and we will do what we can to assist.
Where applicable, you will receive a tracking number once your order
has shipped. If tracking number details are updated or changed at any
point in the process, you will be notified via the email address
used when placing the order.
Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Custom & Duty Fees

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on
the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value,
country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
You, the Buyer, are responsible for these fees upon package delivery.
All fees are to be paid to appropriate customs agency by you, the Buyer.
